If you are looking for a stay away by the sea, Cliff Retreat is in the perfect location.
You can walk to the sea front in 30 seconds, and take in the stunning views of Dovercourt Bay and the historic lighthouses.
Situated on the edge of the town centre, you have a variety of shops and cafes on your doorstep. If you fancy venturing further, Old Harwich is is 20 minute walk along the beautiful promenade where there are more pubs and restaurants to enjoy.
Popular restaurants in the area include The Alma, The Pier and Thai Up At The Quay, but we are happy to recommend other local eateries based on your tastes.
If you don’t fancy the walk to Old Harwich, Dovercourt Station is only a 5 minute walk away where you can catch a quick train here.
You can also catch trains to London Liverpool Street from here if you are wanting to explore our capital city.
There is a bus stop at the end of the road (about 30 seconds away!) which will take you locally around Harwich and surrounding villages.
