The Property

Stunning, modern and cosy three storey town house extremely close to the seafront. The house has been completely refurbished throughout in Winter 2018, with plush and luxurious fittings for a comfortable stay.

The ground floor houses one of the double bedrooms (with fitted storage) and a bathroom, so perfect for any guests who have difficulty using the stairs. The second floor comprises of a beautiful new kitchen, dining room and comfortable living room with balcony with sea views. Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms, one master with double bed and the other with two singles. The family bathroom with shower/bath unit is also on this floor.

The Neighbourhood

The property is ideally located for those who want to enjoy what Clacton has to offer but stay in a peaceful location. Clacton Pier, which is in the heart of the town is located only 1 mile away and makes for a lovely walk along the seafront.

Transport

Clacton Train Station, which has direct links to London Liverpool Street, Colchester & other local seaside resorts is situated 1.4 miles from the property. There are bus routes in the town leading to a variety of local villages and towns.

Clacton town centre has a one way system on some of the major roads, so be aware of this when driving about!

This place was perfect! The hosts had thought of everything. The house is extremely comfortable and we were not left wanting for anything! We have previously stayed in local hotels and this is far better value for money than the hotels. Sparklingly clean! 5 out of 5 on every front and we will be back! AMAZING!!!!

Trust me just book, The house is large and spacious, has all the amenities you need plus more. It was spotless and very very peaceful. Kitchen is fully equipped. We had wireless. The host even left us some groceries which was a lovely touch. She also responds very quickly. What was useful was a well documented local guide which is in the house. There is a large garden, perfect for BBQs and there is literally sea views everywhere, were there is a window. The place is suitable for families (we travelled with two toddlers) and 3 adults. It's also perfect for a romantic stay. Beds are comfortable, towels were provided. I could go on. Trust me just book. Thank you Georgia.

Seascape is located a stones throw from a lovely sandy beach, shame the weather was so awful that we couldn't use it! Lovely view of the sea from front and back of the house. Perfectly laid out for 2 couples / 1 family and a couple sharing with a double bedroom and bathroom with shower downstairs, living room / dining room and kitchen on the middle floor and bathroom with bath, a room with 2 single beds and a double bedroom upstairs. We had access to a travel cot and highchair and there was plastic table wear for kids too. Thank you, we will book again.

This is a beautiful house in a fantastic location. Within steps you are on the beach and the location itself could not be more peaceful or pleasant. Everything you need is within close proximity and you couldn't wish to find a cleaner, more lovely home to stay in whilst visiting the area.

This house was perfect for our family for a short break. Thank you so much for accommodating us at such short notice, as we were due to go to Wales but a storm was coming! The location was amazing, being able to see the beach and sea from all sides of the house, and my niece loved using the bucket and spades set that was available. We were a nice 20minute stroll along the beach from Clacton pier, in a more quiet area of the beach. There was even a windbreak, which was useful for the very windy day we had! The house was stunning, sparkling clean, and even providing some bread, milk and cereals for us too. All the COVID measures and extra cleaning that they have put in place made us feel very safe during the current situation. I would recommend for anyone to stay here who wants a staycation! Clacton beach was beautiful!
