The property has a cosy living room with open fire, and a dining room which also doubles up as an area to relax in. The kitchen is fitted with all white goods and amenities, and there is a downstairs bathroom with bath/shower unit off from this room.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms. The master room has a king sized bed which can be separated into two single beds on request. The second bedroom is a standard double. There is also a small dressing room space to utilise here too.
There is a courtyard at the rear of the cottage.

The Local Area & Travel
Only a short walk (around 5 minutes) to the award winnning Harwich Beach. The cottage is situated just off Harwich Town Centre with a host of shops, restaurants, and cafes.
At the end of the road is a train station with direct routes to London Liverpool Street (around 1hr travel time), and there are plenty of buses routes to get to surrounding villages.
There is also a foot ferry available from Old Harwich which goes to Felixstowe and Shotley.
